Aidan Maloof is a freelance-video nomad based out of Los Angeles. Starting behind the camera at his high school’s daily news show, he found his passion for filmmaking. After moving to Berlin for college, he joined up with the schools Cultural Journalists, making micro-docs on student initiatives and creating videos for Bard College. When Berlin shut down, he pivoted, working with Columbia University and the Open Society University Network (OSUN) on a series of short documentaries for a course taught around the world in flipped classrooms. Always willing to travel for the right job, even after returning to the US, he continues to work around the globe on international docs and corporate videos for some of the largest tech firms in the world. From documentaries, to commerical, to music videos, visual storytelling is at the heart of all his work.
